Because we understand that youth empowerment is not just a priority but it’s a critical necessity. We are driven by a constant reminder that Uganda has one of the world’s largest youth populations approximately 77% of the population is under the age of 25, and with youth (18–30) unemployment hovering around 13%; above the national average of 9%. This is coupled with a high proportion of young people not in employment, education, or training (NEET) , our work becomes vital. By contributing to unlocking the dormant potential of youth through education, vocational training, social enterprise, bursaries, and mentorship, we don’t just help individuals out of poverty; we are dealing with economic mobility and drive community-wide development.
