Our entrepreneurship and skills training equips young people with hands-on technical skills and foundational business knowledge. Through Project Sente, participants learn financial literacy, business planning, customer care, and practical trades they can put to use immediately.
With mentorship and incubation support, trainees form groups, develop products and services, and start small social enterprises that serve their communities while generating income. The focus is on building confidence, creativity, and practical know-how to become job creators.
Many graduates are already applying these skills to support their education, help their families, and reinvest in their businesses. We're proud to see them turning their ideas into income-generating ventures that drive lasting change.
